- Wroclaw Bridge
The project involved the construction of a 612 metre cable-stayed bridge over the main channel of the river, with an addition of two overpasses, measuring approximately 611 metres and 521 metres on each side of the river, making a total length of 1.75 kilometres.
The central pier, located on Rędzińska Island in the middle of the river, is 122 m tall, the highest structure of its kind in Poland. The bridge was the first in Poland to be fitted with sensors to detect damage or deterioration in any of its components.
